We Were Once Taught To Not Believe In Monsters

When we were younger, we were taught not to believe in monsters. We were taught that there was no such thing as monsters, and that we had nothing to worry about.

But the problem is, monsters are real. Monsters are running wild. And monsters, well, they are here to stay.

Don’t believe me? Why don’t you ask Aaron Rodgers and Deshone Kizer? Or Russell Wilson? And what about Sam Bradford and Josh Rosen?

For anyone with two eyes, it’s easy to tell that Khalil Mack is a MAJOR spark to this Bears defense. His four sacks and three forced fumbles so far this season lead the team, while his athleticism and will to compete make the Bears fun to watch for the first time in YEARS!

And with the success of Mack, the rest of the defense is following suit. As a whole, the defense currently leads the league in sacks and forced fumbles with 14 and 6. It’s been just a living hell for opposing backfields, which has led Chicago to a promising 2-1 start to their season.

Some people are saying that the “Monsters” are on their way back, but I think that they are HERE! Guys like Akeem Hicks, Leonard Floyd, Eddie Goldman, Danny Trevethan, and the aforementioned Khalil Mack are creating a TERRIFYING front that’s making opposing coordinators think twice about how to gameplan for the week.

Even if it’s not this year, these monsters are poised to run WILD all through the playoffs. It’s going to be an exciting time, and you should all jump aboard the train while you still can.

What are your thoughts on the Bears so far this season? Do you think they have what it takes to compete with the leagues top? Let me know in the comments section below.
