In the last 25 years, my mom did something rather amazing…….she raised my dumbass. This beautiful woman gave birth to an 11 pound, 10 ounce BEHEMOTH, and raised him to be the 6’4″ man that you see before you today.
And she’s been through it all these past 25 years. She’s seen the ups, the downs, and everything in between. My mother made sure that I was fed, clean, and an overall happy and healthy kid. Whether it was the smelly days of peewee football, or just being their to listen to my dumb 8 year old problems, she was there.
On this day, this very special day, we celebrate you mom! We celebrate you, and all of the other amazing women that walk this great earth. Without you, I wouldn’t be where I am today. You were able to be a nurturing individual when I needed it, as well as someone to give me a swift “kick in the ass” as well; (Mamma Sherman doesn’t play games! Lmao)!
So thank you Mom! Thank you for being that guiding light all of these years. Thank you for the laughs, the tears, and all of the wonderful memories from these last 25 years. And, here’s hoping to another fun and crazy 25 more!
Love you Mom, today is your day!
