What The Pocket Tee Tells Me…..
Why would you not wear a “pocket tee” for a night out? Why would you NOT wear a pocket tee to a barbecue? That’s like not wearing a tux to your daughters wedding; you just don’t do it.
The “pocket tee;” a t-shirt with a pocket by the left-breast, can tell you alot about a person. The “pocket tee” can bring about various ideas and beliefs about a person; so much so that people could even make split judgements about you before you even speak a word to them.
However, I say “nay” to those ideas and beliefs. I say “NAY” to the nay-sayers who will put down the pocket tee and all of it’s wearers. It’s just despicable, and down-right WRONG!
I mean, take this season for instance; summer is here, so barbecue’s are becoming more common every weekend. And during these summer “shindigs,” almost all of the attendees decide to wear the same damn thing; t-shirt and shorts. It’s the standard barbecue “fit,” and has been since the dawn of time.
But, why not class it up with a pocket tee? It shows people that you mean business, but you’re still down to party. It shows people that you don’t take yourself too seriously, while also staying one step ahead of the competition. It’s the ULTIMATE shirt choice for ANY occasion!
Not only that, it’s a convenient place to store various items that you may need throughout the day. If you’re a smoker, you can throw a pack of smokes in there. Or if you need a quick place to store your phone, HELLOOOOOOOOO, convenient phone pocket.
The possibilities are ENDLESS here folks. You can pair them with shorts, jeans, “board shorts,” ANYTHING! And, if you want to take a dip in the pool, you can just take it off and toss it to the side without any worry of it getting “messed up.” It’s THAT EASY!
So grab your buds, your beers, and wear your pocket tees with PRIDE damnit! Because it’s summer, and it’s time to party!
